As two professionals who help professional and collegiate athletes succeed throughout their athletic journey, Dr. Catherine Logan, MD & Emily Perrin, LCSW-C, are well versed in the advancements of injury prevention, strength and conditioning, nutrition, mental health & performance, recovery & rehabilitation.
Dr. Catherine Logan, MD, MBA Orthopaedic Surgeon in Denver specializing in sports medicine. Harvard- and Steadman-trained, she serves as Team Physician for USA Lacrosse and US Ski & Snowboard. She also co-hosts The Sports Docs Podcast.
Emily Perrin, LCSW-C Mental Health Therapist, former DI soccer player and coach. She supports elite athletes with mindfulness, meditation, and breath work, working with programs at Duke, UVA, Stanford, Michigan, Penn, and Villanova. Director of the Medical Advisory Council for Morgan’s Message.
